COVID GUIDELINES FOR SUMMER 2021

We are so excited to have camp this summer. Along with sharing the faith and God’s love with our campers, the health and safety of everyone involved in camp are our priorities this summer.  Due to COVID-19, we will be implementing the following protocols to ensure that camp is a safe and fun experience for everyone. The guidelines that we will be following are in line with those set by the Diocese of Orange, St Martin’s parish, the state, and the CDC.

  1. For campers and volunteers pre-k through 12th grade, it is highly recommended and encouraged to wear a mask indoors. When outdoors, masks will not be required. Fully vaccinated volunteers will not be required to wear masks.
  2. We will practice social distancing and prioritize to have as many of our activities outdoors as much as possible
  3. Hand sanitizer will be wildly available throughout camp and each counselor will have some on their person. Campers will be encouraged to wash their hands throughout the day.
  4. Campus will regularly be cleaned throughout the day.
  5. Campers and volunteers are asked to stay home if they are feeling unwell or exhibiting signs of cough, fever or sore throat. Campers and volunteers should also stay home if they have come in contact with some with these symptoms.

As with everything during this time, we will be adaptable and fluid as the COVID situation changes in our state. For the start of the summer, the above guidelines will guide us during camp.

As camp draws nearer, we will continually update this page as more information becomes available.
